At Rayona, we take great care in crafting and delivering every piece of jewelry to you. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right. Please read our return guidelines carefully before requesting a return.

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory in case the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • Videos should clearly show the sealed parcel being opened.

    • Without an unboxing video, return requests for damaged or missing items may not be accepted.

  • We accept returns only — no direct exchanges.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and the unboxing video.

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm if it is eligible for return.

  4. Once approved, Our team will guide you with the next steps and the return shipping details.

Note: In case of missing items or wrong items delivered, Request must be made within 24 hours of delivery of parcel.

Shipping Costs

  • In case of customer-initiated returns (e.g., change of mind, Taste preference, size issue), the customer will bear the return shipping cost (80/-INR to be charged).

  • If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect,
    Rayona will cover the return shipping charges.

After Return Approval

  • Once we receive the returned item, our quality check team will inspect it.

  • If the return meets our conditions, we will provide Bank refunds or issue store credit as per your preference equal to the product amount paid.

  • The store credit can be used for any future purchase on Rayona which does not expire- Enjoy forever access to store credits!

Important Notes

  • Return requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Products must be packed securely to avoid damage during return transit.

  • Items that appear used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery to us will not be accepted for return.

  • Items that came with a free gift cannot be returned without the complimentary items.

We retain the right to deny the return of the Product if Rayona deems that it does not meet any of the above mentioned parameters.

💳 How to use Rayona Store Credit

1. Visit our website and add your favourite Rayona pieces to the cart.
2. At checkout, you’ll see an option to apply your Store Credit — just select it.
3. The credit amount will be automatically deducted from your total.
Note: Your Rayona Wallet credit never expires — enjoy lifetime access!
